At Avalon Hospice, our relationship with the community is strong! Below are just a few of the many Community Partners who help enrich the services we offer.

Ruth Mott Foundation

A partner since the fall of 2002, the Ruth Mott Foundation provided grant funding for the development of our perennial garden. Currently, all of the rooms in our residence look out onto our garden, and patients/residents and family members are free to stroll a garden path lined with the beautiful foliage purchased through the support of this generous group.
